MOMO FilmBikes

Two MOMO movie bikes in a night-time film scene on a rooftop, showcasing innovative lighting design and silhouettes.

Vehicle concepts for visual storytelling.

For the movie adaptation of Michael Ende’s classic "MOMO", we were tasked with creating a vehicle that doesn't exist in reality. We developed the MOMO Bike entirely in-house – from the first visionary sketch to a precision-engineered, rideable machine. Combining a dystopian silhouette with real-world automotive geometry, we ensured the bike wasn’t just a prop, but a fully functional character in the movie.

Engineered for Action

Engineered for Action

A movie prop only has to look good. A movie bike has to perform. Our team engineered a fully functional 1:1 prototype capable of handling dynamic stunt sequences on set.

Using custom-milled components and hand-built details, we bridged the gap between cinematic fantasy and mechanical reality. The result is a vehicle that withstands the scrutiny of 8K cameras and the demands of professional stunt riders alike.

Cinema-Grade Quality

We applied Class-A surfacing standards to a fantasy object. From powertrain integration to the final high-gloss finish, our experts managed the entire cycle. This project proves that MUNIQ can deliver complex hardware that looks perfect in close-ups and performs flawlessly in action.
