Design development to full-scale execution.

For the new Torqeedo Deep Blue 12 R, our approach was guided by the principles of Dieter Rams: Good design is unobtrusive, honest, and long-lasting. We moved away from aggressive styling trends to create a product of clarity. From the first sketch to the final 1:1 exhibition prototype, we focused on stripping away the unnecessary—revealing a pure, functional form that communicates the clean nature of electric mobility.

Honest Geometry

Honest Geometry

Following the ethos that "form follows function," we designed the outboard not as a decorated shell, but as a logical structure.

We reshaped the technical package into a clean, geometric silhouette. By avoiding superficial decoration, we achieved a timeless aesthetic that radiates precision and trust—ensuring the product remains relevant long after trends have faded.

Precision in Execution

A minimalist design tolerates no mistakes. MUNIQ managed the entire development pipeline, translating the rigorous design concept into precise CAS data and production-ready engineering.

The final full-scale model at Boot Düsseldorf wasn't just a prototype; it was proof that simplicity, executed with German engineering precision, creates the strongest impact.
